I am just right now with some cream treatmente at my hair :)
And today I will let it dry naturally, in hope to get a sunny day tomorrow and go to the beach (with a solar protection cream on it, of course!).

I bought some new products and started a treatment. I think I already can see some result and I’ll keep the routine. I hope my hair can be better in some weeks.
My boyfriend read somewhere that have a low iron in blood can make the hair fall. It make me remember I have to do my blood tests again…
So, I’ve just re-opened this goal. I’ve been thinking a lot about this thing lately. I’m very unsatisfied with the recent situation of my hair. I have to get some time every week to make a treatment on it. I have to buy some new products, because all I used to have finished. I’ll do a list and buy everything I need as soon as possible.
My hair is with a good aspect. I’ve been paying attention to what I eat, taking my pills, doing the treatments and avoiding to straighten it always it’s possible. Any way, my hair is still breaking. Less than the usual, but it still break and I don’t like it. I’m pretty worried about this because it completed 3 months I got the chemistry and the roots are here again. I’m afraid they break more, but I know if I last more with this, they will break much more. Damn doubt!
I don’t think I’ll get a better hair than this one I had today. Better in its beauty, because healthier than this just if someday I give the chemistry up. I like my straighten hair, it combines with my round face and it’s more practical to get ready.
Other time I read here in 43T about women who were giving chemistry up and getting natural hair again. I don’t believe in all the stories they tell (some of them sounds like urban legends) but I really think it could be worthy for constant healthy aspect.
Now I have to decide if I consider this goal as done – because I won’t get a better hair with my chemistry habit – or try to think more about get my natural hair back.
(Probably I will choose the first option for a short-time. I have to think too much about all the process about get natural again and the consequences of this for months until I don’t have the hair with chemistry).
Ok, I gave up this long hair goal and had a little ending cut this Saturday. It’s incredible how 3 fingers less of hair change all the aspect. Now I have to take more care, take the pills and be good with my hair until I apply the 3-month-period chemistry.
Well, last week I bought the vitamins I told about in the last entry. I’ll start to take them today. Everyday, after the lunch, during, at least, 2 months. And I’ll do the treatment at home every 15 days. If I achieve this 2 actions during 2 months, I think I can consider this goal as done!
My hair is looking great in the last time and much more in the last weekend, when I did a treatment on it. I think I can keep the cares I’m doing in the last times, just paying attention to the right occasions. It’s great I can do everything by myself and only get some help just every 3 months. The last thing I want to do in buy some vitamins I used to take last year, recommended by my doctor. It’s a little expensive (and for this I stopped to buy them that time) but now I can get them and get the great results I remember they gave me. Consequently, my hair is long as it wasn’t in years.
