Healthier lifestyle
1. Eat regular healthy meals- I have been very sucessfulwith this one, this week had a few blips, was going a little soy latte crazy
2. Taking my vitamins’- doing
3. Doing a detox- done
4. Sleeping regularly- 7-8 hours- I still struggle with this one and its usally caused by the dam copmuter0 ITS EVIL!!!
5. Work less over time- done
6. Read more- struggles wiht this one yet again, can’t get into the habit again, it really is the copmuter that sucks out the life of me, i really need to do something about it!!!
7. Drink tea- green or chai- this one iis good, someweeks i have a little less than i wish but for the best part i do
8. Eat less white stuff and more Whole wheat- doing very good on this one
9. Bring lunches to work at least 3 times a week- everyday i do
10. Drink litres of water a day- need to re focus
11. Start Doing Yoga- doing it loving it
12. Start exercise routine- anything!! yoga, lots of walking
13. Stop drinking pop- done
14. Stop drinking coffee- done well the past week soy lattes—-
15. Deal with my anger issues- still need to deal with
16. Stop my ocd over analyzing- getting better i at least notice that i am doing it which i hear is the first step, lol
17. Stop the negative talk- alot better!!! I rock, lol
18. Watch less TV/movies- grrr—-damm omputer!!
19. Stay smoke free done
