Had sushi for the first time today. And instead of drinking diet coke with it, I had water (yeah not by choice, but it still counts, right?).
I’ve never had sushi before and I gotta say it was pretty damn good. Even if I am obsessing over the calorie count.
Maybe next I’ll end the addiction to cheez its and popcorn.

probably not the best way to start the day. I gotta think of a new thing. It used to be coffee and m-n-m’s with a couple cashews, then chicken soup and now cheez its. Tomorrow I am going to try something else.
Hopefully something that doesn’t involve snack foods or chocolate covered in shellac.
seems to be a way to shake up my routine. I never eat fruit or drink fruit juice so I decided to try a juice drink and see what happened. I can’t say it was as satisfying as a diet coke, but it was good. I may start sporadically throwing fruit juice drinks in the mix.
for a lot of reasons. Mainly because I have really strange eating habits that I have cultivated over years of living alone. I don’t want to get into changes I want to make that are too specific, basically I think I should (objectively) try and re-evalute what I eat, when I eat it and why.
I can do this right? I gave up my chocolate fixation (for the most part). Even if I can’t (or don’t or won’t) it’s worth a shot to see what happens.
