I’m still down 25 from my high point over 2 years ago. I really need to get it down to 170 by this summer. I will feel and look better.

from one year ago. I think I have his a stand still and need to start working out again.
but at a standstill. I need motivation and I don’t know how to get that. A work out buddy would be awsome.
