I am doing a food habit expiriment to get my system working. Mostly organic with only fish for meat. I think my digestive system needs a rest.

I’ve been thinking about this for a while. My stomach is very picky and I need to do something about it. I think if I hit the proverbial reset it might help me out and I can find out exactly what foods are killing my poor tum tum. I have the most amazing book called “30-Day revitalization plan”.
It breaks down how you can get your body into the best shape. It has not only diet and health tips but spirituality, home spa, aromatheropy and meditation. It’s great. And I think I need to do it.
