Be understood more

When I am attempting to get someone to understand what I am saying I tend to try & be as specific as possible but sometimes I must be too specific and confuse some people, because there are times they will get mad after my words and anyone who knows me, knows that I am the furthest thing away from a mean person. I just want to be understood instead of always feeling like the right words are right on the tip of my tongue and not being able to get rid of that sick lump in my throat that lets me know I am alone in my thoughts and a current emotional wreck because of it. Confusing…I guess maybe with all the detail lol?!? – feather
