Looking through my list of To Dos, I realised that this is a goal that I have not thought about for a long time. Thinking over the last few months, I think I am making progress by actively focusing on things that I want to do – when doing these, there does not seem to be much time left to do things that I don’t want to do!
For the next few weeks, I’m going to keep this goal in my mind and double check that things are going as I want them to be – maybe seeking out a few situations where I would previously feel pressurised into a certain way of behaving. If I’m still happy, I’ll mark this goal completed.
