Drive 1 million miles on my 1994 Honda Civic

Since I’m no longer in school, I was able to fix my oil leak. Cost me $1693.00. Ouch. This is probably $1200 more than what my car is worth, but I have a goal to reach. So far, I’m at 220K.

According to my mileage calculation algorithm (aka arithmetic), I should reach my goal around September 2045. I think I have to take a few more cross-country roadtrips after I fix my oil leak.

My car is leaking oil. According to the mechanic, it will cost anywhere from $800 to $4000 to fix. That’s $800 to $4000 I don’t currently have.

I just hit 200,000 as of 5/10/2005 @ 8:47 a.m.

So far, I’m at 197k. I figure I’ll reach this goal in the 2040’s.
