I don’t know why, but I had always thought tiramisu was a really complicated recipe, like, souffle-level-difficulty … I actually got around to making it this weekend (after finally tracking down ladyfingers – international foods aisle!), and discovered that it’s the easiest ever. It’s a no-bake, layer-it-up-and-stick-it-in-the-fridge-And-You’re-Done! recipe… who knew? Anyways, it turned out great, and didn’t stay around our house longer than a day :) Ah, well, it was good while it lasted.
Fun, though, I’d make it again – and, easy to make or not, it sounds kind of… sophisticated. (So, brownie points if you’re cooking for people who are easily impressed.) :)
