I’ve been able to incorporate it into my day pretty rapidly, now that I’m creating more structure. It’s easier to remember to do this when I’m looking for something to do on my 5-minute Pomodoro breaks, and we keep our yoga props under the coffee table in the living room so it’s easy to pull out a block and get a stretch in here and there.
Yoga has been canceled this week due to all the snow, but it’s nice to be able to do something at home.

actually helped with this goal as a side benefit, because I’ve taken to stretching as something to get out of my chair and do during my 5-minute breaks.
Back in yoga once a week now too, which should help remind me this is a thing.

for an injury so we’re going to start doing his “homework” together. This hasn’t been enough of a habit to check off, so here’s some renewed motivation.

I’m definitely improving, but I’m still not getting it in every day :S But I’m going to try to stretch every day this week, and if I can do that I’m going to try to start working towards splits.

doing a barre on my balcony in the mornings… I checked that book out from the library too. I’d like to turn both into a daily stretchy thing. Almost there on this goal- working on doing stretches from memory instead of looking at the book.

but that’s way better than usual. I found this neat book on Amazon, which I will buy next if I ever have any money again.
