i would legalize it because people buy it REALLY easily anyways…
so instead of being a black ilegal market, they should legalize it… people would buy it the same or even less because some teenagers wouldn’t find it a “crazy” thing to do.
besides, there are even harmful things which go arownd being totally legal. it’s so subjective.
