Since I’m probably going to put on another 15 pounds by January due to this baby, I’m going to give up on this goal for now.

The soda thing worked. So I’m down another 2 pounds. I still am aiming for another 10 to go so I’m down to 135. I’m trying to be realistic with this one, I know I’m not going to be 115 like I was as a freshman in college, but I think 135 is reasonable!!! But I also think it’s gonna be more work to get these next 10 lbs off. Here we go!
I made a few simple decisions about 2 weeks ago. No soda for a month and stop being such a brat to myself. The being a brat thing meant not just giving into myself every time I felt “entitled” to a gross snack that I simply WANTED! and instead making better choices. I’m down 8 pounds. I still have about 20 to go, but still!!! Wow. It’s the little things and I’m planning to switch things up every month to keep my body interested in this goal.
I actually gain about 10-15 pounds since starting this goal. My new plan is simply to eat better. This is now going under the goal on to improve my eating habits.
My husband and I joined the Evanston Athletic Club today!!! They have a climbing wall, pool and TONS of classes. Even a ballet class. I’m super excited! Hopefully this will motivate me to workout. I’m setting a goal to work out at LEAST 2x a week.
Woohoo!!! I FINALLY got a new DDR pad. So now I can get back into that and hopefully play regularly. My plan is to combine, DDR and yoga/other fitness videos to a weekly routine to lose some pounds. Here I go:)
