be financially secure

I have actually been financially secure for a few months now, being able to save some money as well as buying myself nice little things. I am not at thepoint of being able to get myself big things, but I am not chasing the rent anymore and it feels really good.

This means: saving money up to three months of a proper salary, having more money coming in than going out, that is learning how to handle money without depriving myself of basic needs and of enjoyable things, and most of all, creating a professional setting where I can fully employ my abilities and earn the corresponding salary, e.g. more than I am doing now!!
