try some of the Flylady ideas

January 5th and the sink has ended the day clean and shiny every night and everyone is being good about putting dishes in the plastic bowl.

The whole sink area is clean and shiny with a fresh tea towel hanging on the rail. So far so good …

but I’ve done a bit more reading on the Flylady site and while I’m seeing some use for the Hot Spots idea and the general (and let’s face it not exactly original) baby steps approach to decluttering there does seem to be a lot of busy work, like making a ‘Control Journal’ and WTF is the obsession with lace up shoes?

I’ll keep this as a goal for the moment but I can see that I’ll be renaming it because there’s more that I will not be doing the Flylady way than there is that I will.

I don’t care what they say I am NOT going to wear shoes in the house and I am NOT going to start wearing makeup! They can forget the PostIt notes too. However I have cleaned the sink and told everyone not to dump stuff in it.
