ok i know with the holidays coming up that this may be the worst goal but i need to do this already. i have 16 days to get there. i want to loose 10 lbs or 1 dress size.
1. i really have to stop cheating on my diet. i just get scared if i start doing well and not eating the wrong things because i feel like i need my crutch still. ever since i’ve been working out i haven’t been as bad as i used to be though.
2. i’ll exercise at least 2 hours a day. that breaks down to 1 hr w the trainer and 1 hr at the gym or 2hrs at the gym.
3. i’ll make the most of my workouts- on the treadmill i’ll spend at least 1hr on a 10 incline at 3 mph.
now to get going..
