I went to the store after work 2 years ago

and bought low-fat yogurt and soymilk (because I think it tastes better than regular milk in cereal). YAY for having healthy choices when I need a snack!

I forgot I had this goal up here, but I’ve been eating healthier lately, even with the holidays in recent history I didn’t do too bad. I work at a pizza place and was delivering pizza right around lunch time and could easily have just gotten a pizza or something, but I went home and had a sandwich and 2 clementines with a glass of milk.

aside from sharing 1 1/2 scoops of ice cream with the kid I was watching this afternoon, I ate pretty healthy. I even ate breakfast! Started the day with some grapes, cheese, and crackers. That was good. kept eating fairly well throughtout the day, in small increments, not eating a whole lot at any given time, and not eating when I was feeling full. I’m happy with today.



so I've noticed 3 years ago

that I don’t eat very healthy… I do well for a few days, maybe a week, then I go to the mall or out to eat with friends and make some not-so-good choices… I need to work on that, especially considering I’ve been feeling not-so-great and if I just tweaked my eating habits a bit, I’d be feeling a lot better, I bet.
I also had an idea (i don’t know if anyone will do this though). If anyone finds some good, healthy, easy recipes, I think we should share them with each other on here, to help each other reach our goals.
