This week  — 9 months ago

I haven’t been so good at the housework this week but am doing much better today (see Flylady post). But I have still been baking quite regularly. On Thursday I made cheese and onion scones for the first time. They turned out really well and they were delicious. I’ll definitely make them again soon.

Tomorrow we’re having Kat, Dan and Nick over for Sunday dinner. I might make some little cakes for afters.

Untitled  — 10 months ago

I made 2 btaches of orange and carrot cupcakes last week. Also, Frankie went to Dublin for the weekend and came back late Sunday night. i know he likes the dining table to be clean but it’s usually covered in all of my craft things so I cleared it and gave it a good wipe down. I also cleared and cleaned the coffee table and that hadn’t been done in ages! I even made the bed over the weekend, even though no one else would see it; I made it for me and that made me feel good.
