I’ve decided my target weight is 8st 4, although 8 6 would be fine too. As long as my stomach is actually like, toned, i want to earn it, by being fit. yay. im 8st 12 atm. And im going to get a new bike cos i dont really have one

i have cleanser, toner, moisturiser for my skin and im doing ok with keeping up some form of routine. i dont do it every night becos normally ive just stepped out of the shower so i just moisturise and go to sleep, but most of the time i do (especially when i’ve been wearing eyeliner… that stuff is EFFORT!) also i bought this really nice smelling exfoiliating scrub thing (it smells like ice cream) so i think im doing ok. Next step is actually going on the running machine (not actually to run, “power” walking will do) Hopefully that will make my legs as good as they once were. forgive my lengthy entry.
Everybody tells me ‘blah blah ur really thin’ etc but I’m not taking as good care of myself and i don’t look as good as i used to, so i want to lose weight and firm up my stomach and legs. I would like to be a perfect size 8, not a kind-of size 8 size 10, which might be selfish but i don’t care. Also i want to take better care of my skin so that it’s clearer and nicer and brighter for summer.
