So, I’ve switched to the full-body (boy-kind), because I wanted to do this right. The last time I checked, I did 41, which is up from 30 from my previous test. I plan to test myself in 6 weeks, at which time I should be up to 50.
My current plan is to do 100 every night in sets of 34, 33 and 33. sadly I can pound out the first set okay, but I have great difficulty on the following ones and have broken them down to sets of 15 or whatever the heck my body will let me do until I get to 100 and feel like somebody crushed my arms.
