I can’t run with a backpack. i’ve tried it on the mile between my office and my weeknight gym and it’s just not working for me. So my plan is to pack a bag of clothes and shower stuff and leave it at work the night before I plan to run.
it’s only a little over 5 miles so I can do it in under an hour so I won’t have to get up that much earlier. I guess I’ll go check out the work showers tomorrow.
My plan is to try this on Fridays, because i can wear jeans and things are just a little more casual around the office already. If my foot is no longer throbbing, I’ll give it a try this Friday.
