Is there any reason why, at the ripe ol’ age of 38, someone should NOT want to do something…big or small…say NO….and then beat themselves to a pulp for it???

Not making any sense really….if you say NO you say NO…that should be the end of it…why the continuous self justification, even if the other person doesn’t have a problem with it…why the guilt and self bashing???

anybody got medication that can fix this, lol…
