We’re getting the hell outta Dodge in the next month…
spent the last hour talking to lawyer, real estate agent, purchaser of my place, property check guy, etc etc…
my lawyer is pleased, contract goes to her today so she can sort the deposit out for me…
still gotta be out of here by 13 this month, so have nowhere to go, but something will come up…the hardest part is over, we have our own home!!! :)
exactly 5 mins walk from school, timed it last night….and close to all the kids mates, they will be able to come play after school…:)
the funny thing is, the thing that tipped it was the fact that 4 kids are moving in….they had another offer on the table, but they wanted a family in their home, not an investor…

After a really bad week last week…gotta get back onto this…
It’s 02 April here, time is a wasting…got 12 days to get packed up and moved out, and nowhere to go…
THINK i have found the place…it’s little, but got 4 bedrooms, it’s not new and flash, but feels like it could be home…
...and it’s got a verandah/deck at the front, fell in love with the look of her straight away…
no garage and some paintwork required, but all pretty tidy apart from that..took the Fab 4 past and they like it too…
hmmmm….going to ring the agent now, been through last week, need to take the kids through now, today would be good…
