hmmm, already know this but... 2 years ago

...lack of sleep makes you stupid…d’oh.

maybe i should rephrase that…it makes you do stupid things and act stupid…or walk round like a zombie all dam day…or both, at the same time.

right….12.28am, not getting anything done here, kids FINALLY settled bout an hour ago…eyelids drooping, yawning…that means…GO TO BED…ta daaaaaaaa!!!! see you are smarter than you look sometimes, lol…

this seemed like an appropriate goal…thanks Damselfly i pinched adopted it from you…

it’s at the bottom right now, cos the other stuff needs to be dealt to first….maybe when this house is sorted out properly, i can focus on finally taking a deep breath and putting myself out there again, finding work…and looking after myself a bit better, physically and mentally…
