I got some sort of a six pack now. Time to progress to the eight pack. I do about 100 repetitions every morning and night.

I do sit ups, plank sessions and other abdominal workouts before and after sleeping. I have had a six pack for forever, but would enjoy an extra pair. I just realized this but my right abs are higher on my abdomen than my left ones. What’s up with that? Oh well. just working on it. And geez, be careful if you’re doing the plate drop exercise, it does re-enact a Vulcan (The Hammer Fist) hit. Your heart can stop and your ribs will crack if you hit the bottom of your sternumn.
