full pushups looking and feeling much better .. more plank like and i swear my nose was only an inch from the floor on a couple of them :o)

now doing something that loosely resembles a full pushup .. they are not very pretty (my butt is stuck up in the air and my nose is a good 3 inches from the floor) but they are very nearly full pushups!

started today with the light versions (knees down) recommended by g to build up my strength .. as i am starting this only being able to muster one full push up!

will continue with this for week ‘zero’, its sunday today, then hopefully can start ‘real’ training at week 1 next week with full push ups.

im going to try this .. i might not achieve 100, but if im any nearer to that figure by the end of this, ill be very happy
just done the test .. hmmm, i can see a long road ahead of me :o)
