OK. I am getting more sleep. I am finding more balance in my life. I have most of my 30 books read already. I have arranged my mornings so I can spend more time in Bible study, devotions, and being calm. I eat more fruits and vegetables than last year. But to add 30 minutes to the schedule to walk on the machine, just seems to make everything else fall apart trying. Maybe I am trying to do too much at once. Well, this one is not coming easy, that is all I can say. It will definitely be copied over to the next list. But everything new I am buying size 16, just one size smaller. The goal is 2 sizes smaller. But this way it won’t be too hard to take in one dress size. I am not going to make myself become the waif model type. Probably would not succeed at that anyway. But I want to look better than now. But I also want to enjoy life and that includes good food. Balance, once again.
