1. go to shul every week. connecting is healing.
2. pray every day. it feels good to speak truth to worries, acknowledge my own mistakes and imperfections, seek understanding, and leave it all in the universe’s hands.
3. grow. continue learning.
+ study at home (structure of minyan, Friday night service)
– goal: know all the common songs and prayers for each
+ take classes to grow my knowledge of Hebrew and Judaism
