watched tv last night, was thinking I should turn it off. I actually was feeling guilty about it because I know I could be so much more productive if I stopped. It just sucks up so much time! There are much better things I could be doing. Plus, I tend to snack when I watch so that’s not a good thing either.

the TV has been off all night! And I don’t even care what’s on – I know I am not missing anything at all.
Wow – turned it off last night and read a book. Now if I can only keep it up! I do fine at first, but always give in eventually.
