to buy Fairtrade products whenever possible… When I go to some supermarkets, I am always struck by the small amount of fairtrade items on the shelves, when everything else is stocked in abundance… When I view the shelves, especially coffee and chocolate, I see big companies jumping on the band wagon with a fairtrade product but I always think that it would be good if they would label their other stuff, unfair trade, because obviously it is… Makes you think!!!

‘Be the change that you want to see in the world’ by Ghandi is so so poignant. If we don’t at least try to walk our talk then those changes can’t take place and it is unfair to expect others to do the things that we won’t do ourselves… Actions really do speak louder than words, they do have the power to create change…
