I have been overweight for the last 15 years of my 35 year life. I am at my highest weight ever and I am tired of being this way. I have no problem losing weight once I start a program (Atkins, WW, etc) It’s just when I hit that 20 or 40 lb mark, I ALWAYS stop trying. I don’t know why I do this.
Thankfully, my health has not been affected by my weight. I have had blood test run and all of my results were in the good to excellent range. I am suffering from lack of energy though, and with two little boys, this is no good.
Time to make a permanent change. It saddens me to know that I can lose 100 pounds without dying. Anyway…

How do I plan to accomplish this goal?
By modifying my diet >>> Most likely an online WW program
By incorporating exercise >>> Starting the couch to 5K program and will also start a weight training program of some sort.
