December 15th will be my last day with my employer. I have been working for them for the last 11.5 years, but have been disatisfied with the position for almost that long. The people are wonderful and the pay is good, but I have more important things to attend. Namely two beautiful souls that my husband and I have been blessed with. We are adopting a third in the near future and it just doesn’t make sense to put another in daycare.
I will probably go back to the workforce in 3-5 years, and hopefully I will have found a fulfilling occupation that I want to retire with.
Finding self insured health care is proving to be difficult though. My husband is self employed so I have always carried the insurance. If anyone knows of some reasonable family plans, please let me know.
