stick to my morning and evening routine

I developed a routine yesterday 23 months ago

and sticked to it today:

- get up when the alarm goes off
- go to the bathroom
- do EFT and pray
- open the window
- put the kettle on
- make exercises
- shower
- step on the scale
- get dressed
- drink a glass of water
- have breakfast
- take medication
- brush teeth
- make bed

It felt great! I hope to do this on a daily basis from now on.

Next step is to create an evening routine as well.
