Update: Studying for my classes doesn’t leave much “free” time for elective studies. That’s my excuse anyway for spending so little time on this goal. One thing I’m really excited about however, is that Pimsleur is coming out with a French Plus addition to their French I, II and III levels. It’ll be available in April, so I’m really looking forward to ordering that and practicing with it. I’m definitely leaving this goal on the list for 2008.

Haven’t been practicing recently. Everything other than classwork seems to get neglected every semester. Thought about taking a class and decided not to. I still want to try to get a feel for the language instead of memorizing a bunch of vocabulary words and grammar rules. My goal last year was to spend a certain amount of time online chatting. That didn’t happen. I’m just too freaking timid about it. Need to get over that.
