I am really terrible at sleeping! I am willing to bet that I am the worst sleeper in the world. I have improved alot over the last 2 years (no more completely sleepless nights) but I still tend to vary my sleeping times wildly.
Now that I have a regular JOB I am doing much better but as soon as the weekend comes I often slip back into bad habits and that throws off the first couple days of the next week.
Right now I’m averaging about 6 hours a night but I want to get 8!!!!!!!!!!! unfortunatly my bed is terrible (fold out couch, no mattress…) I want to invest in a matress but they’re so expensive….!!!
