I clench all the time, I dunno if it’s stress, or what – I think it’s just my natural state of being!!! My jaw ALWAYS hurts by the end of the day, and then to add to that I also grind my teeth at night. My teeth are worn down, but I also wear a retainer and I even wore thourhg one of those!! (It lasted 5 years before finally falling apart into two seperate pieces)
So yeah I’m going to work on this one big time. But how do you practice not clenching your jaw….? just be more concious?
