1. Stop getting drinks from the cafe here.. because they only have yucky full cream milk. This one is easy and I’ve been doing it lately. Starbucks’ iced non-fat sugar-free vanilla lattes own my heart.
2. Drink less diet coke. I’d say none, but that would be too hard.
3. Cook more, eat out less. This will also save me money, which is a double good thing. The problem is just that cooking in this kitchen is a dirty hassle. I’ll have to get over it.
4. Walk even more than I’m doing because I have to, living in this area. I should wander in Hyde Park somtimes.
