It looks like i will not be able to go running two times this week. Work is eating up to much time at the moment. Never made it back home before 20.00. I resorted to walking to the trainstation instead. Its around half an hour of walking. I guess it is better than nothing…

When running for the afore mentioned friend we somehow got on a track that was 11 kilometers long… In earlier days this wouldn’t have been a problem but in my current state this did really really hurt. We tried to cut it short but with limited success. It really showed me that i need to work on my fitness.
I’m about to go running to second time this week. I will meet with a friend with whom i used to go running as a student. If he is still as fit as he used to be i am doomed. :-)
OK, here we go. I definitively want to start running again!
As a kid i always hated sports. Later on as a student i feel in love with running. At the hight of times i ripped through 50 kilometers per week, aiming at the marathon distance. Then my left knee was starting to give me troubles. 2 years, 5 doctors and one OP later i started running again but it wasn’t the same… Nowadays i only run a few times per month.
I want to run at least 20 kilometers per week (given that my knee holds).
