Yes!!!! Friday morning is weigh in day for me. I’ve dropped another 2 lbs. I have another 8 lbs to reach my ideal weight, but already can see such a difference. Last night I was able to wear a really nice dress to my son’s concert. A month ago it would have been impossible. Also, when I checked my BMI, it has dropped by a point. This alone now puts me within the healthy range for my age. I am so glad I am doing this.

I am beginning week four on Weight Watchers and I have lost 7 lbs. so far. I feel so much more comfortable in my clothes. The weight lose is slow, but the key is to change your eating habits. I have another 10 lbs. to go. I hope to be there (or very close) by June 13 for our trip back home.
Finally, I am getting back on track. The first week is the most difficult. Today is the last day of week one and I feel wonderful. I checked my BMI and it is 26. The healthy range for my height and age is 20-25. By dropping only 10 lbs, which is very achiveable with WW, I lower my BMI to 24. I find that AMAZING. My goal is to get there in two months. I’ll feel great and look great for my trip back home this summer. I’ve posted a sign on my bulletin board that says “You go girl!!!!!!” It is in pink, of course.
On my way. Have lost 3 Lbs. I googled Tummy tucks because a friend is having it done. Jikes! I think I’ll stick to diet and excercise.
