Dirty secret

On my facebook account I have over 200 friends. I talk to maybe 15 of them (give or take). So that leaves approximately 185 people that I “use”. I went through a phase when I would add people as friends just to make me look popular. That was quickly squashed when I had friends with thousands of friends. Another ulterior motive was to pry into these peoples lives without having to have a relationship with them. I would look at their pictures and/or relationship status and think to myself,”Gee, everyone is cool ,but I’m a loser.” “One day I’ll be cool and have a hot S.O. and have nice pictures to prove it!” muah haha!!!
I’ve limited my FB usage for those reasons, if that isn’t insecurity I don’t know what is.
