What is everyone’s daily ab workout? I do tons of crunches and try to get on those machines when I’m at the gym and I’ve lost a couple of pounds but my stomach doesn’t seem to be getting any flatter. In fact, sometimes I look in the mirror and am almost positive that it has actually started to puff out more in the center. Hmm… suggestions would be much appreciated.
I work out sooo much and do sooo many crunches and I’m not really making any progress. My stomach is still a fucking mountain range. Ughhhhhhh!
My abs are so sore from all the crunches I do.
PLEASE leave any suggestions!!!!
