i wish my joints were stronger. but, i can turn back the hands of time if i keep it up.

i’ve been running at the gym, rather than doing the elliptical. i definetly overestimated my ability to run a lengthy distance. i quiet enjoy it though. can’t wait to get outside, the sun is shining more these days, it shall be soon that i am out hitting the pavement.
my goal at this point: run 5kms.
now, what is a fit persons time for a 5km?
