At least I'm stretching! 2 years ago

Work has officially taken over my life in the short term, so I haven’t even had time to write about things on here. I’m not going to be as detailed as before, but the upside is that I’m sticking to my abs and stretching. Since I’m teaching more that helps take care of the whole workout thing :)

Vacation is coming up soon, so once I get back things should be a little more calm.



Friday and Saturday 2 years ago

I was out most of Friday, so I wasn’t able to log everything. No major workouts since I’ve been running around, but I got the basics done.

Workouts Today (Friday and Saturday):
  • Abs
  • Stretching
Workouts Tomorrow:
  • Abs
  • Stretching


Finally a good day 2 years ago

I’m writing this a day late since I got held up last night and didn’t have time to write, so here’s the rundown for Thursday.

Workouts Today:
  • Abs – Did the exercises twice during the day – 4th straight day
  • Stretching – Once in the morning and then in the afternoon – 4th straight day
  • Kicking Workout – About 30 minutes. Enough to get a decent sweat and my legs sore today :)
*Workouts Tomorrow (Friday):
  • Stretching
  • Abs


Bah - one bad day after another 2 years ago

It seems like no matter what I do getting to work out is the hardest. However, I don’t feel that bad because while I wasn’t able to workout specifically I was teaching for three hours and I did my abs and stretching.

I have a ton of errands to run tomorrow, one of which requires me heading into the city. I setup a nice little format for keeping me honest in my cleaning tasks, so I’m going to try that here.

Workouts Today:
  • Abs – 3rd day straight
  • Stretching – 3rd day straight
  • Teaching – 3 hours

  • Running
  • Kicking Workout


Bad day, but I did abs and stretched 2 years ago

Separating out my stretching and abs “things” makes this more laborious, but I think in the long run it’s better.

I got stuck with a million things to do during the day, so I didn’t get to work out (I wanted to run). However, I was able to do my abs this morning and I managed to stretch twice. I’ll probably get another light stretch in before finally turning in.

Tomorrow I need to run at least two miles.

I think everyone in the world wants to do this, so it’s my turn to add to the fray.

Work out regimens are tough to stick to and my schedule is crazy as hell, but no more excuses! The goal will be to workout before work instead of trying to jam it into the middle of the day.
