Still going 2 years ago

Mid-way into the second week and I’m still going strong. I’m trying to stick to an ab workout every day, and on some days I’m doing two. The foundation program I’m on right now is not that tough, and I haven’t been getting sore at all, so I’m going to keep pushing it until I start to feel some pain :)

Days 5 and 6 (July 20-21) 2 years ago

Sticking to the abs exercise plan so far this week! The workout I’m following is only supposed to be 4 days per week, but I’m trying to stick to doing it every day. I know abs are more than capable of handling the extra workouts, so hopefully it will pay off in the end.

Day 4 (July 19th) 2 years ago

Did the same exercise with extra reps. I also ran through the exercises twice – once in the morning and a second time during my afternoon workout.

Day 3 2 years ago

Same workout, a few extra reps. I’m going to repeat the exercises before bed too since it will make me feel better.

Day 2 2 years ago

Two days, two workouts – man I’m a machine! Alright, not really, but it’s a start anyway. I need to take a pic of my abs today so I have something to compare to later.

Google Docs to the rescue 2 years ago

One of my problems with sticking to workout regimen is that I usually don’t have access to the information when I’m able to workout. For example, I have my abs book which gives me my workouts. If I bring the book to work I don’t have it at home and vice versa. I’ve tried writing out the workouts, but I always lose that.

Enter Google Docs! Since I’m always around an internet connection I put the first 4 weeks of workouts online – now I won’t forget them :)

The keg must go! 2 years ago

I’m not a fat person by any means, but I can be honest and say that I’m a tad flabby. I think every guy in the world would like to have a six pack, but the dedication to do so is usually lacking.

I’ve tried this a few times over the past few years, but I’ve always managed to just forget about it within a week or two. I have a great book to get me through this, so it’s time to hit the abs every day!
