read every book I own

I have been reading a lot, and though I put Mythology to the side, I finished a few books from the library that I took out. I have since returned them :D. Tomorrow I will have a brand new, amazing book to completely sink my teeth into… BREAKING DAWN!!!! AHHH!

I am so excited I can hardly contain it!!!! Yes, folks, for those who don’t know, the brand new book in the “Twilight” Series by Stephanie Meyers is coming out… tomorrow at Midnight! My friends and I are going to our local Barnes and Noble to line up and get the book at exactly midnight… Exciting, right?! We’re having an un-official party, with about 13 hardcore Twilight fans, to celebrate.

Does anyone else read these books? (Twilight, that is) Is anyone else completely PSYCHED!? Fellow fans, please leave your comments, telling me that I am not totally overreacting!

I am almost finished with Mythology for school, and I am starting on Siddartha. These books are like torture, like someone said, but unfortunately I have to read them as required reading for school. Joy… Well it will be over soon enough! I just wish I could get out of this reading slump… all it takes is a little willpower!

Ughhh. Why can’t I get through this book? It just isn’t interesting for me, I dont know why. It’s ridiculous. The font is so small, and the pages are so long…. but have no fear. I know I’ll finish it. No worries. I’ll go watch Hercules for some inspiration.

I have been reading a ton of books from both my self and the boxes in my closet. I finished almost 8000 pages in the last month (my teacher makes us record how many books we have read and their pages). It didn’t help that I started reading the Twilight Series about two weeks ago. I finished each one in about 2 days. They were so addicting! Ahhh, how I love Edward Cullen.

Anyway, now I have to read “Siddartha”, which, though it is a thin book, looks incredibly boring. Then I am on to Mythology, by Edith Hamilton, another semi-interesting book. After that, “The Source”, which is a notoriously long book. I have to do read a few more for school, but I have to read all this by August 2nd! I need to be completely free to read Breaking Dawn!!! I can’t wait for B. D., but I would really like to put off the school reading. Whatever, I have to get it done.

I was going through my closet and bookshelf, and realized…. I have a lot of books! I used to be an avid reader, back when I really had nothing to do with my life, and I was known for being super-fast, and to read really difficult books. Well, I stopped reading quickly, as I have noticed that quite a few others have caught up. So I am going to go through my closet, pull out the most difficult ones, and put them on my shelf, I am hoping to get through the books, read them, and do kind of a revolving motion with the books. Take the un-read out of the closet and onto the shelf, read them, put them back in the closet, until every book is read! Should be fun, AND a great thing to do to catch up on reading!
