I know that as a teenager, taking daily vitamins are particularly important, but I am not really sure which ones to take.
I know that Fish Oil and Multi-vitamins are some of the big ones that people take.
I found quite a few vitamins in my cabinet though… some looked promising:
- Vitamin b-12 500 dietary supplement
- Omega-3 Fish Oil tablets
- Calcium/Magnesium Citrate (good for bone health, as there is a history of osteoporosis in my family)
- Daily Multiple USP essential nutrients
Does any one know if any of these would be potentially dangerous to the health of a 13 year old? If any one else has any other suggestions for vitamins I should take, please tell me! Thanks guys!
