was really bad. I went to a wedding that was three days long… meal after meal after meal. I really need to get back on track this week. :)
Wow, I finally lost 10 1bs! Walking almost every morning and replacing one meal with a mini meal, also cutting portions down. Now to get through the holidays! It will be a challenge, but I’m starting to think I’m up to it. :)
Well I’m on my way. My car broke down so I walk everywhere I need to go. Actually I was going to walk at least Three times a week. But its amazing now how much more I walk now. Just so it doesn’t rain
I hope this helps, Ive been getting in some walking 3-4 times a week. Now to concentrate more on eatting. Ive got to figure out where Im messing up. Its not breakfast. :)
I really need to pay more attention to this goal. I can see where it will start affecting my health down the road. :( So I am going to really buckle down. :)
Someone is trying to sabotage me.”here’s a donut”,”have some Easter peeps”,”I brought home your favorite egg rolls and ragoons”. There is no end to it. I don’t think they realize how hard it is. Will power is not born overnight. Tomorrow is a new day Yah! I will be dreaming of my slimfast shake.
Well I finaly realize I have to get going on this weight issue.
I will not go up another size! I have subbed one meal with slim fast and cut back on my others. Plus Im eating more healthy food. So far so good.
