I have a lot of goals I know I will never be able to keep up with so I will work with them on my rambling goal…. hey this is starting to look like a run on sentence.)
Recently I read “The How Of Happiness” One of the suggestions was look for the good and write it down about once a week. In order to replace bad thoughts. I have gotten in a real rut with thinking badly of someone so I am going to try this out.

Well that’s all I have for that one right now. :( I will have to think of some more this week.
It looks like we get to spend some quality time together…the big layoff came Friday, but on the bright side could get a lot done around here (as long as it doesn’t take any money).
I was really looking forward to our great adventure this year. We usually go out west for about three weeks,visit the ocean,camp in the mountains, hike all over,eat out in some large cities…maybe when things get going again we can take off somewhere. I always wanted to go to Yellowstone in the winter. Hmm well i will have fun dreaming about it anyway. :)
