Trying to get back to normal.... 7 months ago

Starting now. I’m all messed up (thanks, school!)...I need to be getting up at 7 or 8 am in the morning, but going to bed at 3 or 4 doesn’t give me enough sleep. So I end up napping when I get home and the cycle continues because I can’t get back to sleep until much later.

Okay, it’s 1:30am, no more playing on the computer (even though I had a three hour nap earlier), maybe I’ll read a book until I fall asleep.



Guh, 12 months ago

I have been getting about 6 hours every night but clearly it’s not enough for my tired body because I slept through a class I really shouldn’t have today (totally by accident! my alarm clock didn’t go off!).

I just don’t have time for a full 8 hours, well I guess I would if I did nothing but work and counted sleep as relaxation.

I can’t wait for winter break.
