I wanted to put more down like 50 or 60 but I thought it was better to put an acheivable goal… I can always increase it later. I started the whole eat better, exercise more in late September 2006. By the end of December 2006, I had lost 30 pounds. So I know that what I am doing is working… I just need to keep at it!

I am not dieting…I just changed my eating habits. I eliminated soda at work and at home (this took care of 98% of that), I no longer eat out of vending machines and I haven’t been to McDonald’s since September ‘06. I still allow myself treats; I just make sure that my diet consists of more healthy choices. As for exercise, mainly I am using the BodyRev (bodyrev.com if you are interested). I love it! I have tried club memberships and different exercise equipment but have never stuck to anything. This is a first for me!
