This goal may sound vain…most likely it is. I am not trying to gain muscle weight for a competition or a sport. I just want to look better, and I have become addicted to working out. I feel like getting bigger will draw people to notice that more then my thinning and receding hairline (which I keep buzzed short…the only way, in my opinion, to keep such a hairline). I want to accomplish this goal in a healthy way with weights, an appropriate diet, and supplements, but defintely no steriods. So, I welcome any advice. thanks!
